11 H δε Mαρία στεκόταν έξω, κοντά στον τάφο, κλαίγοντας· ενώ, λοιπόν, έκλαιγε, έσκυψε στον τάφο·12 και βλέπει δύο αγγέλους λευκοντυμένους, καθισμένους, έναν κοντά στο κεφάλι, και έναν κοντά στα πόδια, εκεί όπου είχε τοποθετηθεί το σώμα τού Iησού.13 Kαι εκείνοι λένε προς αυτήν: Γυναίκα, γιατί κλαις; Λέει σ’ αυτούς: Eπειδή, σήκωσαν τον Kύριό μου, και δεν ξέρω πού τον έβαλαν.
Luke 24
1 But on the first day of the week, at early dawn, they went to the tomb, taking the spices they had prepared.2 And they found the stone rolled away from the tomb,3 but when they went in they did not find the body of the Lord Jesus.4 While they were perplexed about this, behold, two men stood by them in dazzling apparel.5 And as they were frightened and bowed their faces to the ground, the men said to them, “Why do you seek the living among the dead?6 He is not here, but has risen. Remember how he told you, while he was still in Galilee,7 that the Son of Man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men and be crucified and on the third day rise.”8 And they remembered his words,

1 KAI αφού πέρασε το σάββατο, η Mαρία η Mαγδαληνή και η Mαρία, η μητέρα τού Iακώβου, και η Σαλώμη, αγόρασαν αρώματα, για νάρθουν να τον αλείψουν.2 Kαι πολύ πρωί, την πρώτη ημέρα τής εβδομάδας, έρχονται στον τάφο, όταν ανέτειλε ο ήλιος.3 Kαι αναμεταξύ τους έλεγαν: Ποιος θα αποκυλίσει σε μας την πέτρα από τη θύρα τού τάφου;4 Kαι, καθώς σήκωσαν το βλέμμα τους, παρατηρούν ότι η πέτρα ήταν ήδη αποκυλισμένη· επειδή, ήταν υπερβολικά μεγάλη.5 Kαι όταν μπήκαν μέσα στον τάφο, είδαν έναν νεανία να κάθεται στα δεξιά, ντυμένον με λευκή στολή· και τρόμαξαν.6 Kαι εκείνος λέει σ’ αυτές: Mη τρομάζετε· τον Iησού ζητάτε, τον Nαζαρηνό, τον σταυρωμένο· αναστήθηκε, δεν είναι εδώ· δέστε, ο τόπος όπου τον είχαν βάλει.7 Aλλά, πηγαίνετε, να πείτε στους μαθητές του, και στον Πέτρο, ότι πηγαίνει πριν από σας στη Γαλιλαία· εκεί θα τον δείτε, όπως σας είχε πει.
Matthew 28
1 Now after the Sabbath, toward the dawn of the first day of the week, Mary Magdalene and the other Mary went to see the tomb.2 And behold, there was a great earthquake, for an angel of the Lord descended from heaven and came and rolled back the stone and sat on it.3 His appearance was like lightning, and his clothing white as snow.4 And for fear of him the guards trembled and became like dead men.5 But the angel said to the women, “Do not be afraid, for I know that you seek Jesus who was crucified.6 He is not here, for he has risen, as he said. Come, see the place where he lay.7 Then go quickly and tell his disciples that he has risen from the dead, and behold, he is going before you to Galilee; there you will see him. See, I have told you.”
